The development frontage consists of communal garden areas, enclosed with evergreen boundary hedge lines to provide protection and shelter from the seafront and prevailing wind.
The apartments have both stepped and ramped pedestrian access into the building from the west parade; the steps and ramp, are softened and moulded into the landscape scheme and planting areas, with ground modelling and ornamental feature planning areas.
Habitat for invertebrates and insects has been encouraged within the garden and shrub planting areas, by using cord wood, and insects, butterflies and birds are encouraged by the flowering plant species.
