Lizard Landscape Design and Ecology were commissioned to provide a detailed landscape scheme for the proposed Eco-Development at Bourne Lane. The scheme included an Ecology Phase 1 Habitat Walkover Survey, and Code for Sustainable Homes Assessment.

The new Eco-Home scheme included a green roof, and grey water recycling for the provision of grey water to the garden pond during summer months.

The landscape scheme included a tree retention of a large existing Weeping Willow, soft landscaping including native hedgelines, wildflower grassland and native wildlife planting to suit the aspirations of the Code for Sustainable Homes Land Use and Ecology Credits.
